Cancellation And No-Shows Policies 

Rolleston Massage understands that unexpected circumstances are unavoidable and cancellation for appointments may be necessary.

As cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on booking availability and business we need to enforce our policies and trust you understand why we need to do so.

POLICIES 

If you find you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request clients give 24-hours notice.

This enables us to schedule another appointment in this time block.

If 24-hours hours notice isn’t given, a fee of 50% will be charged for the booked appointment.

ARRIVAL AND NO-SHOW

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee the treatment to be completed, and payment will be equivalent to the booked appointment.

If you simply do not show up, payment will be equivalent to the booked appointment.

We appreciates your help in this matter; it helps us to maintain high service levels for our customers and business.
